this is my story of...
self-expression through safety, softness, and self-trust
After years of being held back by fear and self-doubt, I discovered the power of somatic work in 2017. Through this gentle work, I healed the areas of my nervous system that once felt overwhelming. I reconnected with the parts of myself I had hidden away. And I built the confidence to show up and share my most joyful self with the world, including my singing that no one had heard before.
Now, I help others do the same—guiding you through nervous system regulation, quieting self-doubt, and discovering the safety to be fully seen so you can reconnect with your authentic voice and express yourself with ease.
Because when you return to yourself, you return to your joy.
